Everyone feels good when operations are up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Deliveries, Owner Direct Items, Fixtures and Furniture
Our work will not stop once construction is finished. We will ensure appropriate subs and manpower are onsite to help with final touches and final placements of any items. It will be a full team effort until all the glitches have been worked out.
Many times you will see everyone disappear
after construction is complete.
Cardinal will make sure that the full team understand the job is not over
until tenants are fully moved in and rents are collected.
Day 2 Work
There will come a point in time when changes will effect the opening date. At the point many of our clients elect to institute a Day 2 (post opening) program as to not effect their business. Cardinal will help its clients by carefully scheduling and communicating this work.

Reconfirm insurances.

Communication of names and areas of work with staff.

In field walkthroughs.

Contained areas to prevent dust or debris from spreading.

Proper clean up at the end of each day.

Warranty and Maintainence

Tailored Warranty Solutions
Cardinal will identify with your teams if there are any specific areas which a longer warranty will be needed.

Proactive Warranty Management
If something were to go wrong during that warranty period we will immediately capture existing conditions and reach out to involved parties so you are not wasting time being run around in circles.

Ongoing Support
We will also be available to help generate and create recurring and manufacturer recommended maintenance plans to keep equipment and parts warranties in place and your business running smoothly.
