Long Lead Items and Utilities
We will immediately identify all items with long lead times and utility companies. We will put a precise gameplan in place including sub deliverables to make sure we are getting these materials early.

At Cardinal we do not take the convenient and easy answer. We will ask the required follow up questions to get the real information. Expect us to know where we are in fabrication queue, how long fabrication times are, be there in person to see how things are progressing, understand how things are being shipped and to know flight and trucking information. Everything required to get the items we need onsite.
We will ensure you have all the right information to plan your operations and get open for business as quickly as possible.
We will make sure industry standard excuses do not become the standard on your project. Contractors will be forced to be transparent and to push suppliers to meet obligations.

You will have photos and regular updates at your disposal so that you will always know what is going on, on your project.
Rigorous Paperwork Management
We will also help with building the job on paper by administering a rigorous process including getting submittals, having them reviewed and any any comments coordinated, RFIs, changes and schedule updates will all be reviewed on your behalf.
